- My name is Jeff and I am from Louisiana (the New Orleans area). I am a husband of 10 years and a father of three beautiful children, ages 9, 7, and 6. I am also a teacher. I teach Spanish II in a Catholic high school. I am also the director of the Confirmation program in my parish. I love Macs, new media, reading, and listening to podcasts. I would consider myself to be a "Catholic Foodie" because I love good food and I love to cook... and I see God's goodness in good food and good drink.
